Meet Katie Maureen

Hello! My name is Katie, and I'm an event planner. Originally from Colorado, I'm a Maryland transplant and have enjoyed making this state my home.

I've been planning birthday parties and other celebrations for myself and my friends for years, but my true event experience began in the corporate environment where I would help plan and execute events for my organization. In watching the process from concept to completion and seeing the impact events could have on people, I found that I have a passion for this work. I love working with people, helping their vision come to life, and making their event day truly special. I have organized events both in Maryland and around the country and can easily navigate remote planning.

As an event planner, my goal is to make your life as easy and stress-free as possible. I will take care of everything, from contacting vendors to day of execution to clean up, leaving you to enjoy the day and make wonderful memories.

 

Examples of events I have or am currently planning include: a 25-person destination wedding in Lake Bled, Slovenia; a 95-person wedding in Geneva, Ohio; and a 75-person Thanksgiving family reunion in Lexington, Kentucky.
