Katie Maureen Events is an affordable event planner by offering a series of service packages that can be personalized to fit you, your budget, and your event. I offer everything from day-of event coordination only to full planning services from concept to clean up. Don't see the package for you? Mood Board and Decorations
Want to throw a party but don't know where to begin with theme and decorations? I will create a mood board to present to you with ideas, including theme, decorations, and food. I can order decorations and have them mailed to you or can event assist with DIY decorations and games. Except for the DIY, I can do this remotely for events anywhere.

Event Planning Only
If you want help planning but don't need someone on-site the day of, this option is for you. I will plan everything and meet with you ahead of the event to walk you through the event timeline, but I won't be onsite to run the event. I can do this remotely for events anywhere.

Event Planning and Coordination
This is the most comprehensive package. I will do all the vendor research and outreach, advanced planning, and day of coordination. All you have to do is watch your vision come alive!

Vendor Research and Outreach
Know that you want your event catered or to have floral arrangements but don't know where to start? I will do vendor research for you and present you with a list of options to select from. I can also do initial outreach to vendors. I can do this remotely for events anywhere.

Event Coordination Only
On the day of the event, I will handle all the logistics. From making sure vendors arrive and are set up on time to handling any issues that pop up to cleaning up after the event, you won't have to worry about a thing except enjoying your day.
